Episode 57 – Board Gamers Anonymous Unite!

Finally! The crew is back together and that means a very special (and rare) episode of Board Gamers Anonymous. This week Anthony, Chris, Daniel and Drew join forces for the first time since Anthony disappeared into a baby fog and talk about….themselves!

We get a lot of questions about the types of games we play, what we do when not recording biting board game commentary (emphasis mine) and the types of experiences we look for both at the table and in life as a whole. In this episode we move past the usual smart aleckry and answer some important (and some ridiculous) questions about ourselves.

The Inside Scoop on the BGA Crew

BGA has been around for a while now and over the last couple years we’ve had quite a few people on the show. But the core team, now consisting of Anthony, Chris, Daniel and Drew have been together for nearly a year and have taken this show to new heights. So we figured it was a good time to give ourselves a formal introduction and discuss all the stuff we love about gaming, why we do this podcast (among other things) and what we do in the rest of our lives.

So if you’ve ever wanted to hear about our favorite games, least favorite types of games, what we do in the real world, and our thoughts on the hobby as a whole, this is the episode for you.

No reviews or news this week; just our special coverage of..us! Click below to listen and of course don’t forget to send in comments, questions, or bitingly sarcastic feedback about our opinions on all things gaming. We love our listeners and (seriously) respond to everything you send us.

  • Anthony

Anthony lives and plays games in Pittsburgh, PA. A lover of complex strategy, two player war games, and area control, Anthony is always eager to try a new game, even if he's on rule-reading duty.
