Episode 289 – Best Version Of…Ticket to Ride!

This week we have a brand new feature, in which we look at the various versions, expansions, and promos for some of the biggest games out there and tell you the unequivocal, best (seriously, we know our stuff!) version of that game. This week, Ticket to Ride.

But first, we discuss our question of the week: What makes your favorite game fun? Is it a unique mechanic? The feeling it gives you at the table? A special memory?

In acquisition disorders this week Anthony looks at Paladins of the West Kingdom: City of Crowns and Chris looks at Tapestry: Plans and Ploys.

At the table this week, we’re getting digital with reviews of Root and Cartographers from Anthony and Roll for the Galaxy and Monster Train from Chris.

Finally, in the feature, Anthony and Chris dig into many of the best expansions for Ticket to Ride and highlight the best versions of the all-time classic.
